These earrings are beautiful with light shining through them. Each earring features two Czech glass beads with ribbed "melon" shapes. The top round one is amber colored with a slightly iridescent surface that flashes blue as it moves. The bottom tear drop is blue with soft gold stripes that tie in with the amber top beads. Both beads are translucent and let the light through beautifully. I used bronze wires and spacer beads, and bronze plated metal bead caps to finish them off. The ear wires are Niobium, which is considered one of the least allergenic metals.
SIZE: These earrings hang about 1 7/8 inches. Each earring weighs about 2 grams.
