Policies

Payments:
My preferred method of payment is through PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

You may also choose to pay with your credit card directly from my shop. This is a secure method; I will never see your credit card information.

Shipping:
Ready-made items will be shipped within three business days after receiving payment.  Made-to- order items will be shipped within two weeks. If more time is needed, I will be in contact with you from the beginning to work out an agreed upon time frame. 
Shipping will be calculated and added at the time of purchase. State of Washington residents will also have sales tax added. I do not charge handling fees and will include insurance for items over $50 free of charge. My standard shipping method is First Class. If you need to receive your item more quickly please Contact me for options.

Returns:
I want you to be happy with the jewelry you purchase from me. If for any reason you are not, please contact me right away. In order to receive a refund, contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and mail it back to me within 14 days. The jewelry you are returning must be in new, unworn condition.
Exceptions: I can only accept earring returns if they have removable ear wires. I also cannot accept returns of personalized items (items with stamped names for example).

Layaway:
I do accept layaway. I will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your needs. Generally I ask for 20% downpayment, and depending on the purchase amount, like to keep the length of time under six months. Please Contact me if you are interested in setting up a layaway payment plan.
