FAQ

Q: Do you make custom jewelry?
A: Yes, I do. I will work with customers to create a custom piece of jewelry. I ask for 25% of the agreed upon price up front to help pay for materials. If the jewelry includes personalization (stamped name for example) I will require 50% down payment. The down payment is non-refundable. I will communicate through-out the process with the customer. Final payment is due on approval of the completed piece of jewelry.

Q: Do you have stones that I can look at for possible custom jewelry?
A: Yes, I have a large collection of cabochons - all types, shapes and sizes - and am happy to send pictures for you to look through.

Q: Will you use a customer's stone to make a custom piece?
A: Yes, if it is a stone that I am able to work with. I will ask for a picture of the stone first, and if I am able to work with it will create a design based on the customer's vision or ideas. Once the design is approved, the customer will mail me their stone. At this point I will request a non-refundable 50% downpayment of the agreed upon price. If for some reason the customer is not happy with the final piece of jewelry and wants to cancel the order, I will remove and send the stone back to the customer.

Q: Do you accept layaway?
Yes, I do. Usually I will ask for at least 20% downpayment, and then regular payments for a length of time that is no longer than six months. I am pretty flexible and will work with you to put together a payment plan that fits your needs. My preference is to have payments made through PayPal as I can create invoices there which keep track of payments and total due.
